Payment at Time of Service
At Movement Performance and Sports Medicine, we deliver highly individualized care through advanced assessment techniques, app-based exercise programming, and direct access to your therapist. We operate on a courtesy billing model, with payment due at the time of service. Claims are submitted to insurance on your behalf following your visit.

Insurance Reimbursement
If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, your insurance company will reimburse you directly (typically by mail). Reimbursement amounts vary by insurance plan, and we cannot guarantee a specific reimbursement amount.

Insurance Verification
If you provide your insurance information in advance, we can verify your coverage and estimate your expected costs prior to your visit.

Movement Medicine PT is an out-of-network physical therapy practice. We do not have contracts with insurance companies. Many plans still offer out-of-network coverage, but benefits and reimbursement rates differ from in-network care.
